Well, we're less then a month away from our due date. If we were taking bets I'd say the baby will be here within 2 to 3 weeks from now. Jillian was about 3 days early, and something tells me this new little girl will be around 6-8 days early. We'll see.
We had a fun photo shoot with Jillian and Mommy. Take a look in the Galleries under Portrait for some more. I really like the B&W ones.

I've just added a new page to my site called "Music Blog." Just like my photo blog, I'll be adding songs that I've written for you to listen to and give feedback if you'd like.
Some of these may just be ideas or they may be finished pieces. I use Digital Performer 5.1 on an iMac 20" Core Duo, along with some outboard gear and my trusty Roland A70 as a controller. I spend many hours a week sitting there at my keyboard (usually late at night once the family is in bed) and hope for inspiration to strike. It doesn't happen as often as I'd like. Anyway, check out the new link to the left called "Music Blog" and let me know what you think.

The senior pastor at my church has just written a book. During the production phase I happened to overhear what it was going to cost for him to purchase an image to use on the cover and for marketing purposes. I jokingly said, "Hey, I can create a similar image for you for half that price!" Well, I ended up doing it for free (my name is on the inside credit page). I used an image that I took on my trip to the Grand Tetons, and then took a photograph of a door (no easy feat), and then our Photoshop guru at the church put it all together. I'm really pleased with how it turned it. The crazy thing is that our church is doing a 10 week series on the book and this image is EVERYWHERE: signs around the church, bookmarks, our web site, and even on some billboards around town. I think I should have held out for some royalties! : )
